WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Design User Interfaces: Create pixel-perfect, responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma leveraging variables, auto layout, and component libraries for scalable design.
Prototype & Interact: Build interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life and communicate motion, flow, and user behavior clearly.
Conduct UX Research: Support discovery with user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify insights and improve design decisions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to translate business needs into user-focused solutions.
Maintain Design Systems: Develop and maintain reusable design components, color tokens, and typography systems that ensure consistency across all products.
Improve & Iterate: Use feedback and analytics to continuously refine the user experience and elevate product quality.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing both research and interface work.
Tool Expertise: Proficiency in Figma — including variables, auto layout, variants, interactive components, and design system management,
User-Centric Thinking: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical, elegant design solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, presenting design concepts clearly, and receiving feedback constructively.
Creative & Analytical: Strong visual sense with the ability to make data-informed design decisions.
